Privacy Policy

Information Notice on Personal Data Processing pursuant to former Articles 13-14 Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Entities Concerned: Internet Web Browsers registered user

ARNMEC S.r.l., as Data Controller for the processing of your personal data, pursuant to and by effect of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of entities involved with regard to the processing of personal data and that this processing shall be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and of protection of your privacy as well as your rights.
Your personal data shall be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned law and in line with the confidentiality obligations laid down therein.

Data Processing Purposes: in particular, your data shall be processed for the following purposes connected with the implementation of fulfilments related to legislative or contractual obligations:

   • Provide feedback to the user's requests
   • Technical and functional activity for the purpose of the contractual relationship
   • Access to the reserved area

The processing of functional data for the fulfilment of these obligations is necessary for a proper management of the relationship and their conferment is mandatory in order to implement the aforementioned purposes. The Data Controller also states that any non-communication, or any incorrect communication, of one of the mandatory information, may entail the Data Controller's inability to guarantee the accuracy of the processing itself.

Processing Data Methods. Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

   • Processing by electronic calculators
   • Manual processing by means of paper filing

Each data processing is performed in compliance with the methodologies set out in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR as well as through the adoption of the appropriate security measures.

Communication: your data shall be communicated exclusively to competent and duly appointed persons upon completion of the services necessary for a correct relationship management, in order to guarantee confidentiality as well as protect the rights of the interested party.

Your personal data shall be processed exclusively by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of people in charge:

   • People assigned to commercialisation of goods and services
   • Programmers and managers
   • Owners and partners

Dissemination: Your personal data shall not be disclosed in any way.

Your personal data may also be transferred, limited to the aforementioned purposes, in the following countries:

Data Retention Period. Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to Art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data:

   • Shall be established for a period of time not exceeding the fulfilment of the services provided.

Regulation (EU) 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the Interested Party

   1. The interested party shall be entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

   2. The interested party/entity shall be entitled to obtain indication about:

a. the origin of personal data;
b. the purposes and methods of the data processing;
c. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools
d. the identity of data controller, people in charge, and appointed representative for processing personal data pursuant to Article 5, clause 2;
e. the parties/entities or categories of persons whom the personal data may be communicated to or who may become aware of them as designated representatives within the State’s territory, as people in charge/managers or appointed people.

   3. The interested party/entity shall be entitled to obtain:

a. updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b. cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. attestation/certification that the operations referred to in the aforementioned points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfilment is found to be impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate compared to the protected right;
d. data portability.

   4. The interested party/entity shall be entitled to object, in whole or in part:

   a. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data relating to him or her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of their collection;
   b. to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
